Homes at Neshobe Farm will be designed to blend with the historic Vermont Vernacular. Each building will be custom designed for the specific lot. Homes will be nestled into the land, incorporating passive solar design with energy efficiency and energy production.

We will be following Frank Lloyd Wright's concept of Usonian houses, which aims to make intelligent design economical as well as beautiful and functional. Other influences are the natural materials and handcraftsmanship of Greene and Greene and the Arts and Crafts movement, combined with the Shaker concept of practical simplicity.

Homes will vary in size between 600 and 2200 square feet
